These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and all products and services offered by us (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Aura Organics LLP is an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company providing high-quality natural consumables including oils, flours, millets, sweeteners, and other wellness products. Due to the perishable nature of our offerings, specific policies apply. These terms are written to ensure transparency, protect our business integrity, and provide a fair experience to all our customers.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not access the Services or make any purchases.

1. Account Eligibility & Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Aura Organics LLP will not be responsible for any misuse or loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.

2. Our Products

We aim to present our products accurately, but variations in appearance, packaging, or ingredients may occur due to natural sourcing and batch differences. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice. We reserve full discretion to discontinue products or limit sales.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order and receive full payment. We may cancel or modify any order at our discretion due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

All sales are final once confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after processing.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on the website are in INR and may be revised at any time. Taxes, shipping, and applicable fees will be added at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails or is reversed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India and selected international regions. Delivery timelines are estimates and delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

Title and risk of the products transfer to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays, damages, or non-deliveries caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our FMCG products, returns are limited. Returns will only be considered if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order

Products must be unused, sealed, and in original condition. To initiate a return, email info@auraorganics.co.in with your order number and photo proof. All approved returns will be issued as store credit or refund, subject to review.

Returns requested without sufficient documentation or beyond the allowed window will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, content, product names, and visuals belong to Aura Organics LLP. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited and subject to legal action.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Services may link to third-party platforms or tools. Use of these is entirely at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party content or services.

9. Shopify Platform

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. While Shopify provides the e-commerce framework, all transactions are processed directly through Aura Organics LLP. Shopify is not responsible for any part of our product handling or service delivery.

10. Feedback & User Content

When you submit feedback, reviews, or other content, you give us full rights to use this content for promotional, operational, and marketing purposes. We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential or compensate you for them.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aura Organics LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Organics LLP from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. No compensation will be provided upon termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
